Booking
When the client confirms the reservation, it will be a period of 48 hours to pay in the 20% of the total amount of the lodging. After this deadline if you have not made the entry and the reason has not been notified, the reservation will be considered null.
Cancellations
According to the law (Decreto 19/1997 de 11 de febrero del Gobierno Valenciano), the company will reserve a percentage of the deposit depending on the date of cancellation in the following terms:
• 10% of the previous payment when the cancellation is made 30 days in advance.
• 50% if the cancellation is made between 30 to 7 days in advance.
• 100% is made with 7 or less days in advance.
• 50% if the cancellation is made between 30 to 7 days in advance.
• 100% is made with 7 or less days in advance.
